With the munificent blessings of His Holiness Srimad Andavan Sri Vedantha Ramanuja Mahadesikan and graces of Periya Perumal and Periya Pirattiyar, the school was established in 2004 with classes Pre-KG to UKG with a strength of 54 students. It enjoys the distinction of being the first CBSE school in Srirangam. It has classes from Pre-KG to class XII. The school is built on 2 acres of land with serene scenic ambience. The school is being managed by Sri Vedantha Ramanuja Seva Trust, a non-profitable, public charitable trust, founded in the year 2000 by Sri R. Maadhavachariar, a renowned scholar and educationist with the blessings of His Holiness Srirangam Srimad Thirukkudanthai Andavan Sri Vedantha Ramanuja Mahadesikan.
